HERE'S A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME...
I am the mother of 3 beautiful souls and the very lucky wife of one incredible guy.
I'm an insatiable reader of everything from Harry Potter to Pema Chodron, and I am a huge Lauren Daigle fan. The only thing I love more than eating tacos is learning about the human brain. I have a degree in Clinical and Developmental Psychology with past experience working in the mental health field.
I could probably tell you a million more things about myself, but the most important thing for you to know is that I WANT TO BE YOUR COACH!
I want to empower you with the same tools that I have used to take massive action in my own life over the last few years. I’ve been certified in some amazing cognitive-behavioral tools that allow me to help my clients find more joy, purpose, and fulfillment in their daily lives. I practice “causal coaching,” which means I won't waste your time with solutions that only act as band-aids. Instead, I will help you identify the root causes behind the areas of your life that you want to change and improve upon.
I am deeply passionate about empowering my clients with the tools that will allow them to be more intentional in responding to their circumstances, more skilled in feeling and processing their emotions, more equipped to practice unconditional love for themselves and others, and more confident in approaching all of life’s large and small challenges.
As someone who has been on the receiving end of powerful coaching, I am a strong believer that LIFE COACHING IS FOR EVERYONE.
A couple of years ago, I hit a new rock bottom in my life. I was struggling to find joy in the mundanities of everyday motherhood. My marriage was feeling more like a business arrangement than a relationship. I found myself in the middle of a very disorienting spiritual crisis. I was fighting my way through depression, battling with daily anxiety attacks and genuinely felt like my life was spiraling out of control.
Not surprisingly, my attempts to improve life by trying to control the situations and people around me were getting me nowhere. That’s when I stumbled across the powerful process of thought work and self coaching.
Within a very short period of time, the tools I learned began to transform my life. I regained my confidence and let go of the belief that I was a victim to my circumstances.
I learned how to love my husband without needing him to change. I no longer felt trapped in my motherhood and actually discovered how to enjoy my children again. My spiritual crisis became a beautiful opportunity for ongoing learning and transformation. Above all else, what I have gained from life coaching is an understanding that I have all the power over the life I am creating for myself everyday.
I want that for you, too.
Because I believe deeply in sharing goodness, I decided to certify in the same coaching tools that proved so powerful in my own life and now I am ready to offer them to you!
If you are tired of just surviving and want to find your way to thriving, then I hope you'll stick around. I have so many amazing things to share with you!
