Are you curious but not sure if coaching is right for you? The first session is on me! Let me answer all of your questions and introduce you to the process of coaching and self-compassion work. No strings attached.

Cancellation Policy

**If cancellation of your appointment is required, please provide 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the appointment. If the need arises, rescheduling of previously agreed upon appointments will be handled on a case by case basis between Coach and Client. When rescheduling is required, please provide 24 hours notice or it will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged for the appointment.**
